Wednesday Posts!

I wanted to let you know that I have decided to post on this blog every Wednesday. This way you will know when I have new posts and when to stop by.

I also wanted to leave you all with two verses today as the election is nearly a week away.

"You were shown these things so that you might know that the LORD is God; besides him there is no other… Acknowledge and take to heart this day that the LORD is God in heaven above and on the earth below. There is no other."
--Deuteronomy 4:35, 39

May we all as Christians show everyone that the true leader and authority over us is God. He is the true leader of our nations and not the candidates running for president. No matter what happens we have victory in that our God is our ultimate leader who will reign over us forever. Let us lead this nation to the true leader!

With that said, it is still important to pray for our leaders and nations.

"First of all, then I urge the entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, for a King and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity." 2 Timothy 2:1-2

Please take time over the next week to lift up prayers, petitions, and thanksgivings for the upcoming election and for those that will be in authority over our country.
